WHY JOIN US?
Art is too often a solitary endeavor, and now more than ever, it's important for women to come together and lift each other up. The Painted Ladies exists to give women an opportunity to connect with one another and express themselves creatively.
WHAT WE DO:
We meet in Orinda twice a month to make art, drink tea, chat, and take an artistic field trip once a quarter.

MEET AMBER, OUR FOUNDER:
Hi! I'm Amber. I'm an artist, a mom of four, a cat lady, and a recent empty-nester!
Artistic expression has always been central to my life. My mother was an artist, and growing up in the '60s and '70s, I was surrounded by artists, writers, and philosophers. Since 2020, my practice has grown into a daily routine that grounds me and brings me purpose and joy.
I'm founding The Painted Ladies because I believe in the power of creative community and the importance of women supporting one another.
