In the story of Orpheus, he goes down into the underworld to bring back his love. He is told not to look back, or else lose her forever. So when I saw this image of a woman facing away from us, her dress like bone (an integral part of the landscape around her), and the sheet music to "Orpheo," I knew they belonged together. We can look back, but not too much, or we lose this moment and sometimes ourselves.
